Constitituion:

The rules and organisation of the Club are set out in the Constitution and may be helpful for new members. A copy may be obtained from the General's Managers office by phoning (01) 2878200.

Handicap:
If you are a new member and do not already have an official GUI handicap you are required to submit three cards from play in Charlesland, marked and signed by a member of the Club. It need not be the same member for each card.
If you have a GUI handicap from another or former club a letter from this club must be sent to the Handicap and Competition Secretary, confirming your handicap.
As an existing member in Charlesland you may occasionally require a handicap certificate, to obtain one, all that is needed is a telephone call or by email to the golf shop and we will look after the rest!

Smartcard:
On joining you will be issued with a membership smartcard, which will be credited(depending on membership category) with a balance to be used for food and beverages in the bar and restaurant. Should you lose this card a replacement can be ordered from the administration office at (01) 2878200 or by email from info@charlesland.com.

Tee Time Reservations:
All tee times must be reserved through the golf shop prior to play, our reception in the golf shop is available from 8am each day to take reservations and to enter you onto member competition timesheets.Call the shop on (01) 2874350 or contact hem by email at teetimes@charlelsand.com .

PGA Golf Tuition:
As part of our service from the golf shop, our PGA professional Stephen Fitzpatrick is available by appointment for golf lessons both on the practice ground and also on the course. He can be contacted through the golf shop.

Insurance:
The Club have put in place a policy covering personal liability, loss of clubs etc. for individual members. The cost is currently €12.70. It is included each year in your subscription.

Guests:
Members are encouraged to invite guests to appropriate competitions or as green fees. Please note that members are responsible for their guests both on and off the course
